Debtor rents a house from you. Everything is fine until the rent check stops coming in. You call around and find the place trashed and your tenants have fled. Your Insurance company only covers so much and you are left with a Five Thousand Dollar bill for the damage.

I will look at each case on an individual basis but allow between ten percent to fifteen percent of the value of the property for recovery, this includes tow trucks, Pilots, skipper’s fees etc.
Please provide proof of ownership or proof of contracted interest in the property in question. If you have made steps to recover said property, what was done and when and how.
